Why Paresium exists
Clara is the independent manager that every AI agent answers to, whatever vendor built the agent.

The problem
Your firm runs AI agents from more than one vendor.
Your agents keep doing the work.
The solution
Clara sits between the request and the action. Clara checks each one before it replies or acts, so you stay in charge of what they do.
Clara holds the request up against the rules that apply and weighs how risky it is. Every request ends in one of four decisions: answer, ask, escalate or block.
What businesses get
Real goal
Before your agent replies or acts, Clara works out what the person actually wants, not just what they typed.
The record
Every governed decision leaves a record an auditor can replay.
Where your data lives
Records stored in Canada East. Processing is a separate question and we will not blur the two. So today, your message content can be handled outside Canada.
Blocked before it runs
Clara blocks a request before the answering model runs, so a firm does not pay for an answer that was never going to be allowed.
Why we're the ones building this
Phill and Adnan have built software together for 11 years. Sree joins them from applied AI research, where he builds production machine learning for regulated and enterprise settings, and where his work crossed paths with Phill's in the college research labs. They build across Ontario. The reason they're building Paresium isn't a market analysis. It's what each of them has been living for years.

Phill Borm
Co-Founder and CEO
20 years building the systems businesses actually run on, from phone networks to live event ticketing. Lately, as a college researcher, I watch companies try to put AI into real workflows and hit the same wall every time. It's rarely the model. It's trust, records, and the gap between what a customer said and what they meant. Paresium is the piece I kept wishing existed.

Adnan Osman
Co-Founder and COO
At the John Howard Society I work with newcomers, refugees, and kids in the justice system, where every record is sensitive and the answer on AI is always "we can't use it for that." I've hit that same wall in every regulated place I've worked. Smart organizations want AI; they just can't get to yes. Paresium is how they finally do.

Sree Sankaran Chackoth
Co-Founder and Head of AI Research
I build AI for places that can't afford to get it wrong: forecasting inside Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, threat detection for the Communications Security Establishment, and multi-agent systems that read regulatory documents and flag where a process breaks the rules. The hard part was never making AI capable. It was making it trustworthy enough to actually run. That reasoning core is what I get to build here.
Where we are
Clara is in private beta.
Clara is not yet certified against an outside standard. We will say so plainly until it is.
