IntroducingClara

Clara is the independent manager that every AI agent answers to, whatever vendor built the agent.

Your firm runs AI agents from more than one vendor. Clara checks each one before it replies or acts, so you stay in charge of what they do.

Diagram. Clara is the independent manager that every AI agent answers to, whatever vendor built the agent. Every request ends in one of four decisions: answer, ask, escalate or block.

What happens every time an agent asks Clara

Your agents keep doing the work. Clara sits between the request and the action.

    1. 1

It reads what the person meant

Before your agent replies or acts, Clara works out what the person actually wants, not just what they typed.

    2. 2

It checks your rules and the risk

Clara holds the request up against the rules that apply and weighs how risky it is.

    3. 3

      It makes the call

Answer, ask, escalate or block. A blocked request stops before the answering model runs, so you never pay for an answer you would not have allowed.

    4. 4

      It writes it down

Every governed decision leaves a record an auditor can replay.

    Four possible calls

    answer
The request goes ahead with the briefing in hand.
    ask
Clara comes back with a clarifying question instead of guessing.
    escalate
The request goes to a person, with the briefing attached.
    block
The request is refused, and the rule or risk is named.

Compliance built in, not bolted on

We designed Clara around compliance from the start, so your own team can stand behind what your agents do.

    • Checked on every request

Clara's compliance, risk and rules checks read every request before your agent replies or acts.

    • A record your team can review

Every governed decision is written down, so your own reviews have something real to check.

    • Plain about where we stand

Clara is not yet certified against an outside standard. We will say so plainly until it is.
